This Refund Policy explains how we handle refund requests related to payments and wallet activity for Ludo Rush (“Services”). This Policy works together with our Terms & Conditions and any in-app rules shown at the time of purchase or entry.
Many purchases related to digital gameplay, entries, or in-app balances may be non-refundable once delivered or consumed, except where required by law or as stated below.
We may review refund requests in limited cases, such as:
Wallet withdrawals (if available) are not “refunds” of purchases in most cases. Withdrawals are processed subject to verification, anti-fraud checks, and compliance requirements described in-app.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in account review, suspension, or reversal of related credits as permitted by policy. Please contact support before disputing charges so we can help resolve the issue.
