These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ludo Rush mobile application and related services (“Services”). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Ludo Rush is positioned as a skill-based game. It is not presented as gambling. Gameplay involves strategy and player decisions; outcomes may still involve chance elements depending on game rules.
The Services are provided for entertainment. They are not a source of income, employment, or guaranteed financial return.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk.
Features may include in-app balances, contests, or rewards programs subject to separate rules displayed in-app. All transactions are subject to verification, fraud checks, and applicable fees/taxes.
Withdrawals (if offered) are processed according to in-app instructions, KYC/verification requirements, and our Refund Policy where applicable.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, collude, use unauthorized software, harass users, or attempt to circumvent security or fair-play systems. We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including forfeiture of balances where permitted by policy and law.
We may use automated and manual systems to detect unfair play. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe a violation occurred.
All trademarks, logos, and content in the Services are owned by us or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
